Step 1

Choose a care-use scenario

Use a preset for a quick comparison or enter your own counts. The estimate is a consistent comparison model, not a prediction of claims.

Step 2

Enter each plan from its current documents

Leave unknown fields blank. The results will list what still needs confirmation.

Plan A

Use figures from the same plan year and source.

Plan B

Use figures from the same plan year and source.

Plan C

Use figures from the same plan year and source.

Step 3

Moderate use comparison

How the order changes with use

Important: The model treats entered visit amounts as fixed costs and applies the deductible and coinsurance to the allowed-services estimate. Actual plan rules can apply cost sharing differently. Verify the Summary of Benefits and Coverage, formulary, provider directory, and full plan document.

What the results can and cannot tell you

Use the model to ask better questions

Premium floor

The annual amount paid to keep coverage, adjusted only by contributions you enter.

Modeled yearly total

A consistent estimate using your scenario and the plan fields entered. It is not a quote or claim forecast.

Protection boundary

Annual premium plus the entered in-network out-of-pocket limit, less entered contributions. Non-covered and out-of-network exposure can sit outside it.
