Before you enroll
Turn the result into a verified plan record
- Full plan name, ID, coverage year, and service area.
- Gross and net monthly premium shown for the same application.
- SBC, provider directory, drug formulary, and detailed policy.
- Important doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugs verified.
- Deductibles, service-level cost sharing, and out-of-pocket limits.
- Enrollment confirmation, effective date, and first-payment instructions.
